Yes -- 58 -- 85 Radar and 9000 or Triple 0's. Also what year?

I'm sorry, but I have to rain on the parade and say that is almost fancy. If the 9 were a 0, then you would have something. As it is, I think it is a spender.

Even if it was a three digit radar, I don't think it would be big money. The condition of the note looks well circulated.
