It very depends, what you ordered. If you ordered unsigned, so, no mistake from the mint.

But anyway, you did correctly. Better to get signed - same price but signature as 'bonus' and theoretically lower COA S/N.

@marcus21_69

Check your online order with RCM because they give you the description of which Captain Canuck you will receive. There are two separate code numbers for the signed vs the unsigned.I would really like to know what your COA numbers are.

The COAs are 2194 and 2186. From what the mint said was that all orders place up until the 1500 mark will receive signed...either I ordered to late or there was a mistake.

You must have ordered after the sell out of the signed ones. Thanks for sharing your COA numbers.

@marcus_21

When I go to check my order online with RCM, it clearly states "Signed Certificate" Captain Canuck. You must have ordered after the 1500 were sold out. Sorry about that.
Rest in Peace

There are in fact two product numbers for the same coin - representing signed (1500) and unsigned (additional 2000)

It amazes me how illogical the RCM seems to produce things and the shipment process, they seem to ship the normal version first while now they are trying to get Mr. Canuck to sign the rest of the COA, one would think the process would be the other way have first 1500 signed and on the way to customers, only the RCM operates in these mysterious ways.

Is anybody else still waiting for their 'Signed' COA and Captain Canuck coin? Mine still shows as 'Processing'.
