I found this small date Lincoln Memorial cent roll hunting,and I'm not sure if this is a mint mark, or not
It kind of looks like an S to me,but I'm not sure. Let me know what you think.

Not a mintmark, but pix blurry so can't tell if it is a chip, zinc zit or pushed metal hit. think the latter.

I think it might just be some damage. The Coin has got quite a few scratches in it.

Yeah, the pic is a bit blurry. I think it is a hit. It's not a mintmark.

Sorry that is Machine Doubling. How can I tell? The affected areas are all reduced from die movement after the normal strike. Basically those devices are damaged. On a doubled die you would see the devices enlarged, showing a spread on the devices.

Note how the devices are wider than normal, also showing notching on certain areas on the devices. Your coin is not showing a spread on the devices, just reduction on that area of the devices.
