It is circulated and worn, and it does appear cleaned. If it is shiny, it has been "dipped" chemically cleaned, not really good for coins. Yours looks about a VF35 or XF40 at the most.

Not FSB(full split band)Nor SB(split band)..
no mint mark, guess that means its Philadelphia mint...
scrathes, marks...they are so critical LOL

I like it but I cant begin to grade it...keep it

PCGS have a photograph app, you can compare it to your coin and get some ideas where your coin would grade.

That Mercury dime is about EF or VF.
