Here's an elongated quarter, pressed under such high pressure that there's no remaining evidence whatsoever as to the year or style of the host coin (although it must've been a 1965 or later issue) -

Cuss, that's a cool one, especially since it's a quarter. That McDonald's location might still serve pizza, like the one in Orlando, FL.

These are from the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London, where I was on Thursday:

I also went to Kings Cross Railway Station in London as there is a squashed penny machine there, but sadly it was out of order!

very nice NumisRob!
I especially love the Cutty Sark one! (I'm working on a 1:78 scale wood model of the Cutty Sark.. I actually had the chance to walk her decks.
This is how far I got so far... Ready to copper plate the hull..

On Friday and Saturday (May 31-June 1, 2024), my wife and I drove the Missouri portion of Route 66, starting just south of St. Louis and traveling west to Springfield. The only elongated machine we came across was at the Uranus Fudge Factory in St. Robert, MO.

They're still here!

Two machines located outside, at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Centre Street (at the top of Clifton Hill), in Niagara Falls, Canada. The machines look pretty beat up and are covered in bird crap, but these manually-cranked machines still work - if you've got two Loonie Dollars and a nickel. I just happened to have a few Liberty and Buffalo nickels. In the image, the three at the top were rolled on Liberty nickels and the four at the bottom are on Buffalo nickels.
