The 1$ offset transfer is probably worth slabbing.

The 2$ star note is probably not worth slabbing.

Personally and respectfully, unless I was selling them, or questioned their authenticity, I would keep them in a quality currency sleeve and enjoy being able to hold them if I wanted.
