I'm assuming the weird looking 1 is PMD, but it looks so strange to me. I thought I would check opinion.

Could be a little die chip at the bottom of the 1. It looks like there's a little extra material sticking out towards the bottom. But I guess some kind of PMD could have displaced it. I don't know if the steels get die chips like the other pennies

The 1 in 1943 looks like a die chip.
