Even if it was CU, it was from a large run of 3,200,000 with a total of 26,100,000 for the district, so not much potential value.

Always fun to catch a wild star, but your note is not from a low print run. I used my currency collection star note look up. Handy tool. Good luck finding those pretty green exotic stars.

Yes, it is worth (very, very, very little) more than face value. Flatten it and store it or give it as a fun gift.
