It's neither. All I see it dings and scratches. You can safely throw it back and spend it.

They are better. But the devices look altered from circulation, wrapping or something else. If it were a doubled die, the only ones listed by Wexler, is on the earlobe. That is the only location known for them. There is a proof one that is a monster. But I'm think it was started to hub, then back off and repeated the process. I tried to make a copy of it, then used the images form Wexler's site to add them to an image.

That is the only one that is not just in the center of the die to show hub doubling.
