Not a Doubled Die Reverse. Khasil, remember the real Doubled Dies you found? Look at those and it will knock this one out of the way. What I see is Die Deterioration (die wear) and Die Deterioration Doubling that's also caused by die wear. Those "notches" look like hits to me.
