The 'Old Age Assistance ' thing was just another way of saying 'taxes help pay for the elderly.' I've got a few others I have to research and this will save a lot of time. Didn't realize they made these all the way until the 60's, that explains why there's so many types! I've had a few items that stumped me completely and all I had to go off of was ebay or Alumnis listings.
