coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/18/2018 12:34 am Probably is. But if you could find a couple of die scratches that are on both, then you can confirm it. Were they both from the same OBW rolls? If so the chances are even greater. Some mark must be on both coins in the same location. But I'm thinking they were from the same die pair.
