Found today, what appears to be a die break near the rim, is that correct? Thanks in advanced!

Even better! It's a Cud (Major Die Break). Very nice find and congratulations!

Is it taller than the rim? Should be if it is a Cud.

Waynoah83, those Cuds aren't easy to find on State Quarters etheir. I've only found one in circulation out of my years of coin collecting.

@coop its same level at the rim...here is another angle. Its been around for awhile, so I guess its been smoothed out as the rim. So is it a Cud or die break?

It's a Cud, since it's attached to the rim and enters into the field.

Check with cuds-on-coins.com to see if it is listed, or if they want to list it?

@Coop, thanks for the information on cuds-on-coins.com... I did find it and its listed as "CU-25c-2006P-01R(CO)" or "CU-25c-2006P-03R(CO)". It looks like a 03R more than a 01R.
