1987-D Kenedy Half Dollar With Raised Grid Across Face

It is has five lines from top to bottom and three lines from left to right. They are raised not gouges or scratched. Has any body seen or heard of this type of error Report this Post to the Staff

Most often we only see the metal "smushed" up on one side. Perhaps in the case the blade was perpendicular to the surface, but usually not perpendicular and the metal is biased to one side.
