I also found another one today during CRH. Can I get all your opinion on this one also? What cause this cent to look like this? Did someone tried to grind it down or rub it? Thank you everyone!

Wow, that's pretty weird. It has that look of being sandblasted, but I don't know. Maybe the Copper plating was stripped off for a science experiment?

It look like showing pure copper, but it zinc copper plated. It did not look like sandblasted to me. If sandblasted it will destroy the surface due to high pressure.

Normal weight. Looks like some kind of acid damage to me. You can even see it on the rim.

Even a soda drink could alter a coin. Acid is not a good thing man.

Exposure to a corrosive agent. Pop being the normal culprit.
