1907 IHC missing the S and the top of the T to the left part of the O missing I think

By increasing the size of your photo,
you can see where the top of the stem
on the T has taken a hit and pushed it
sideways. Probably the same hit that
obliterated the S.

That's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.
