A guy asked for help to ID this coin, but no one was able to do so. Can anyone here help us? The lettering seems greek, but I don't see anything other than that that could tell me where it's from. At the same time that it seems ancient, the engraving is very detailed.

Well, while I don't know you, I suspect you may know this is not a real ancient coin. And in fact seems to be an old Jewish man carrying a carpet with some pretty bad green paint on it. If you did not know then forgive my assuming. And obviously there is no oxide of silver that is malachite green. Yes that is paint.
