Looking through this hoard of pennies I found this. I think it may have been cleaned. More knowledge please:)

This may have been plated, but the pic doesn't confirm it. Please show full pics of both sides, perhaps slightly smaller, that show the color well.

Something doesn't look right on your Steal Wheat cent. I think it's been replated.

Yes most likely reprocessed (stripped of rust and then plated). Just to be clear, these coins were not plated at the mint, so calling them "re-plated" isn't completely accurate.
