numismatic student Bedrock of the Community United States 11896 Posts	Posted 07/01/2018 4:57 pm ms64bn. the coin is weakly struck based on the lack of detail in the feathers and diamonds. on the reverse the shield looked rubbed at first but it looks like a weak strike based on the lack of detail in the incomplete horizontal lines. luster looks uninterrupted so it looks ms to me. nice coin!
