Another nice one, Mike. At least MS-64.

Eagles head and top of both wing curls have lost toning at those high points.
I can't tell if that's rub after it toned, or simply didn't tone there.
Keeping those key points in mind, if it shows consistent luster beneath the toning, mint state. If there is any disturbance in the center of the fields, 58.
I like it, but I just can't be sure of 58 versus 64.

ms63. soft strike, good luster.
liberty's head shows little detail in the headpiece as do stars 5-8. disturbance in left obverse field between stars 3&4 down toward liberty's knee.
in reverse, the eagle's head and especially the right leg shows little detail due to a soft strike. luster appears uninterrupted so ms for me.

It looks like AU55 to me but it could be the strike and toning just making it appear lightly circulated.

64+ seems optimistic on this one.

Awesome Coin. What's a coin like that cost?

I don't see 64+ given marks in left obverse and upper right obverse fields, and what's with that arc-shaped mark over the date?

This is very much similar to my PCGS graded AU58, although with more toning on this coin.
