I have found several (around 10) of the 1988 P's and only one 1988 D. I sold most of the duplicate die pairs on ebay. It is amazing how little they sell for. I don't remember finding one in the last couple of years though. Still Lookin

Thank you still lookin! ALthough, even though you found ten of them, they're getting a lot rarer every year, so I don't think that will happen again though. You were lucky back then. Now, they are pretty much nearly impossible to find. This is my first one too.

I have several of the 88's an a few 89's in P mint but never found any D mints. They are getting harder to find. Haven't found any in last three years. Great find EV.

Thank you jsgoldny, da Swampster, and CoinCents! Jsgoldny, they're getting harder and harder to find every year. CoinCents, I was looking for that one for a couple of years, and I finally found one out of luck pretty much!

Oh ya that 88 D looks nice. Had to rub it in didn't ya? I always seem to grade high but in my opinion your example looks MS 62 BRN. Nice keeper there. I have several straight slabbed cents with spots worse than yours so I bet your coin slabs problem free. Last time I seen the 88 D at auction in PCGS holder was May 2017 one went $340 the other low $400. That's one sweet coin man.
