Was glancing at this set of quarters and after a few quarters, this oddball appears.. Looks like a huge snowball smashed upside the house.. Any Idea's?

I can't tell what it is. Pictures are too blurry and out of focus.

I agree with Jimmy, it looks incuse to me as well, it is a ding, spend it.

No it is raised. Look at the light angles. The light is coming from the NW touching the raised stones all the same. SO it is raised. Probably a die chip.
