1970 (Lmc) Error? Need Advice

Here are pictures of 1970 penny I found. It is smaller than an average penny. I haven't seen anything like this online and I don't know what the value of something like this would be.

That is a Dryer Coin, meaning it went through the dryer for a cycle or two and it ground down the edge. This is not an error.

I agree with Tanman.
Whenever you see thick rims and a reduced diameter,
it is usually a Dryer Coin.

Please take the link though. A Dryer Coin is not caused by a coin going through a cycle or two. The coin falls between tubs in the machine and gets tumbled for awhile.
