Ok.. well I've been passing over this nickel on my cherry picking days for a while, and it's such a hot mess (O & R) that I would love some input. What do ya think?

Nope, not an error coin. It's a damaged coin. It's Post Strike Damage (that refers that it was done outside of the U.S. Mint).
