Those look like the same coin. Looking at the "S" in STATES and the "E" in AMERICA, They look scuffed exactly the same way.

They are 2 different coins. I have both of them side by side setting in a book lol. It's crazy how close to exact they are

These have to be the same coin. Every stain and scratch are identical. Are you sure you don't just have your images mixed up?
