 It's definitely a nice uncirculated coin, but Lady Liberty looks like she's been in a knife fight to me  Prominent marks on her cheek and left arm aren't trivial and are going to knock it down for me. I'd say MS64.

Don't like the dings that BadDog has pointed out. Two more below ribbon. Four obvious dings (could be bag marks), behind the eagle's neck as well. Without those, 64 easy.
