Please if somebody can give me any information about this error I willreally appreciate it. I was checking this 1984. oin and this marks on the obversed of the coin got me confused, I don't think it happened after It left tje mint since you cannot see the zinc core expoused , please if you can tell me also about qthe double ear .

I'm not seeing any doubling to the ear. There is a lot of damage to the obverse, this might be what you are seeing.

The mark at 6:00 tells me the coin is damaged. So the incuse marks may also be damage on the coin. Not sure what caused it, but it would detract value for the coin.

In my humble opinion ,zinc core will be exposed if those marks were caused after the coin left the mint .since the fractures are deep and still have the cooper plating over .

There's no doubling present on the ear. It's normal. Your coin also shows Post Strike Damage as well.
