I just completed a small collection of US type coins starting from 1900. I used a standard "1900's & 2000's Type Set" CAPS album. The album has two pages with slots for 45 coins. Sets of coins, like "Westward Journey Nickel Series", are represented by one coin each. I ordered an additional (third) custom page and put all Lincoln Bicentennial, Westward Journey, and Native American coins there.

I am also adding some well-known varieties (Standing Liberty Full Head, Jefferson Full Steps, etc.). All these coins are only in slabs. This part is not completed yet. Actually, I do not decided yet what should be added. Any ideas what to include would be really appreciated, thanks.

I use CAPS albums for other sets (Statehood Quarters, National Park Quarters, and 1 oz silver world coins) and am very happy with these albums.

Like the crispness of the layout and wonderful coins for an heirloom typeset! As for the slabs, I just use 9-slot slab pages in a 3" binder and lay out how I want whether in semi-series or just a random mix. Sometimes the random mixes are what seems more intriguing, the mind has to look harder at each one, makes it interesting to the viewer. Just having a date run of Jeff nickel proofs can be boring!

Excellent work!

As far as well-known varieties, I must suggest a doubled die and my preference would be a 1946 WLH DDR. Nice set.

Close, but no, the last two were Standing Liberty Type 1 and Standing Liberty FH (in slab). The last one is the most expensive from the set, but, you are right about 1921 Pease dollar; it is at the second place.
