For large dollar size of 38-40mm I use the 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" in a 12 pocket page, the rest go in 20-pocket pages.
Looks good.

I use the smaller Dansco 12-pocket 2x2 pages for my holders. There is no 2.5x2.5 option for the Dansco as it does not math.

The LCS' in my neighbourhood have a broad selection of the Lighthouse 2x2 Quadrum holders. I use these for any higher value items. Since these are the same size as the cardboard 2x2 there is a wide variety of storage options from Lighthouse trays (single display box - 12 per tray) to the standard red/black 2x2 cardboard boxes. Lighthouse also have specific binder pages as the Quadrum holders are too thick for the binder pages designed for cardboard 2x2.

Lighthouse now sell Quadrum XL for coins up to 58mm and fit 2.5x2.5" cases but I have no experience with these...
