As to the authenticity, not long enough in the game to make a definitive call on that that. My opinion would be yes as authentic, but there are some heavyweights that will chime in. There is a section here titled Books, downloads, and websites that will help you with that. Also there are other coin forums which we all belong to that can also provide that information. Authenticity is not my area and I know forgers get good and better at it so it gets harder for me to detect I can detect some obvious ones but tricky ones is almost impossible for me since I have not seen as many coins as some experts, dealers and seasoned collectors. As for other web sites yea I am also on Forum and post there since I did not know members here are also there I know some are but not all so I try to get more opinions. Looks like what Sellwood has determined to be Unknown King II (80-70 BCE). Similar to 30.17. Bob is your guy though. He should be around shortly.
