It is severe Die Deterioration, not a doubled die.

To CCF! That's severe Die Deterioration with Die Deterioration Doubling, caused by a worn die issue. It's not a Doubled Die. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

We have seen so many of these this year from different years during that time. It look like they make a habit out of making every coin they can from these low profile dies. (we are the only ones who care about this though)

I'd like to see good in focus images, it could be Die Deterioration but if so it's is extreme with apparent complete separation of images and the upper half of the coin is not showing such deterioration. It seems odd that a die would show such extreme wear just on the bottom half.
