I would recommend NEVER cracking MS classic US coins to put them in an album. You risk damaging the coin or getting a lower grade upon resubmission. Not to mention that you would have to eat the resubmission costs as well. But if I had to choose, I'd go with the 1874 because it would most likely maintain its grade due to the color. The hair detail on the latter could be upgraded for a very nice set. Great coins!
