It might have been cleaned at some point of its life, because the color is not the same on both sides.

That's glue on the rev. Soak it in acetone it will come off.

Thanks wasn't sure looked more steel color than copper

Is there any depth to the potential de-lam area or is it just on the surface then most likely glue as stated in another post?
