I really couldn't tell you. But I know the red seal & red serial# goes for more.

Pick 69g (1948) or 69h (1949)...can't make out the date. In Good it cats $4 in Fine $18/$22. It looks like your may be at least a Fine.

No fioti that's a Pick 77 note you are referencing whie ridefire123's note is a Pick69. Close but the obverse portraits are different.
