It's Pick 44a, in poor shape, but genuine. A 1945 issue. You can go on ebay and find out what they sell for.

This is very interesting with the stamps on it. The 200 yen stamp should be dark purple in color and says 200, on your sample, it appears there is 2x 100 yen stamps on it which I have never seen before? Could this be due to the fact that they are running low on the 200 yen stamps at the time? Anyone has any further info?
