2018 D Dime Roll - Horizontal Lines On The Reverse

Went to the bank and got a couple of rolls of coins, only to discover that when I got home all of my dimes were of the same year and mint mark. When going through them, though, I noticed that a few of them (approximately 10-15) shared a silimar characteristic - horizontal lines on the reverse near the band on the torch. Any ideas what this could be?

To me they look like die scratches of some sort. Possibly from the feeder fingers coming into contact with the die.
