I took a picture next to a normal color coin and it weights 2.5 , found it in a solid roll of 1994's

E&V maybe, these one was on the center of the other coins. I have two other (copper) coins different years that are unplated but their weight is lower.

Looks like a little extra zinc mixed with copper making it more yellow than copper colored.

Not unplated,it would look gray because of the zinc core. It might be a so called brass plate.
