PSD (Post-Strike-Damaged) May have been damaged by a vending machine or coin counter as the device is altered parallel to the rim. Spendable.

It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The 9 in the date took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.
