1964 D Kennedy Half DDO-015? With Type 1 Broken Rays Reverse. Help Please.

Comparing the 9's the top pick is from the DDO-010 and the bottom pick is from a normal 1964 D Kennedy half.

If you look at the CONECA listing description for the 64D DDO-010 you will see that James Wiles shows "Master Die/Master Die". I think the doubling you see on the 9 of the date is from the master die.

atrox101, I virtually have no experience with Kennedy halves and that information is very helpful. As a matter of fact I'm pretty new at errors in general and I have learned a great deal from a lot of good people including yourself. Thank you.
