1964 Philadelphia (No Mint Mark) Lincoln Cent Error?

Just registered for your forum/communiyy and may have something but am not sure As the title says it is a 1964 Philadelphia no mint mark Lincoln Cent. Something looks off with the rim around the portrait on the Lincoln bust side of the coin.i have also included an image of the edge of the coin that is the top where the distorted in God we trust is.
