coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/30/2018 8:34 pm Not how they removed damage from the edge of this die. Doing so it thinned part of the devices. You coin is showing the same thinning, but is from isolated polishing to remove clash lines. So the same thing happened to the die that struck your coin. It is a die issue, not a striking issue.
