I'm not sure if this is a strike error...the entire coin is raised on the entire obverse

That's not an error. That's all Post Strike Damage ( PSD). I can see a scratch, stains, coin contact marks, and circulation flattening on the devices. It's only worth face value.

@ss0835, I do see a couple recent scratches and overall wear and tear, but can you please clarify what you mean by the coin being raised above the surface? How do you think that your coin differs from other cents?

Ok, well it sounds like you are seeing doubling of one or more of the design elements then. There is some grime on the surface around Abe's portrait and the letters, but I don't see doubling myself. Or are you saying that the the coin has been struck in higher relief than normal?
