1984 P And D Or RPM Please Help

Hy this should be my last post for a little while but I have an 1984 penny that's has a P mintmark or a D Mintmark or I could be RPM but I am not sure any help thanks

The only Lincoln Cent with a P mint mark is 2017. Does not look like a RPM. It looks like a die chip or gas bubble or trapped debris.

It's a normal coin, not an RPM.
