It's not a Doubled Die Obverse. It's a normal coin with circulation flattening on "IGWT" It's definitely not worth getting it graded, as it would exceed the cost of what your coin is actually worth. Your coin is worth face value, since it's normal.

I know pics here are not great but through eye piece can clearly see doubling, NGODW is clear double, there is no circulation damage, and no, the R is not fully filled
