Pretty straightforward coin, but I hardly ever see Franklins so one with a clip is nice. Sadly I think this coin has been cleaned.

I'm thinking that it's been cleaned as well, since it has dull look to it and is lacking some mint luster on some areas. Still a very nice purchase though!

Like I said I'm not an error collector ,but that sure DON'T look like a clipped planchet to me . Unless intentional !

It's real - look at how the rim fades at the clip. It's often a better indicator than the Blakesley effect, which may not show on small clips.
