Doesn't look like it to me -- too much space between the rim and the date.

I would say not based on how far the 1 is from the rim

The wide rim,near date is the one you want,yours is not that.

To add to this thread, your coin also shows severe Die Deterioration with die flow lines. The details are mushy and weak. This is all caused by normal wear and tear on the die, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. The die was in a Very Late Die State (VLDS), when it struck your coin.
