I'm not sure it's a DDO. It looks as it possibly be MD, taken a hit on the tops of the devises.

- yes - Machine Doubling. A movement of the die while minting causing a "smearing" type of doubling. No added value as MD is a common occurrence.

I'd say it's more circulation damage than MD, but it could have had some on it to help the shelf-like appearance.
