Notice the "LL in Liberty and was curious as to what thoughts were... looks to be a 0 or O but I'm not sure as to why or what would cause it

To me, it looks like well placed damage.

@Chase at first glance that's what I thought was a stain but it's indented where the "L" is... I can see where damage could happen, it just caught my eye by where it's at and how it looks. Sorry the pictures were best I could get then
