@ Bad Dog - I think you missed why I mentioned that the half in Foxwoods first slab pictures were MS was because in the first pictures he posted with the Apollo half, it is a slabbed 2019 - D half which is MS. If he would have posted both of the coins from the set, the slabbed Apollo half would have been a 2019 - S not a 2019 - D. I was simply explaining why you saw MS on that slab, it was because the coin was minted in Denver and was not part of the set.

@ Bad Dog - Foxwoods posted the correct slabs on page 39, this one was does have the 2019 - S half and it is a DCAM Proof on the label. The slabs on page 38 has the Denver MS slabbed Apollo half.

I have three Apollo Half Dollar sets. If send in just the Kennedy's for grading would they still get the set pedigree designation? I have seen US Mint Apollo half sets for sell on ebay with the Kennedy removed from the set. Also I have seen just slabed 2019 Kennedy's for sell on ebay that have the set pedigree. Or are people having both graded and then selling them separately.

Usually you need to send them in from a sealed box, but since this is (supposedly) the only way to get this particular Kennedy, I can't imagine you'd have a problem, unless you wanted the "early strike" or whatever BS label.

The Kennedy will get the "set" label no matter how you send it it as long as you indicate it on the form. It's the only way the raw coin comes so no issue with that designation.
The issue with the "set" label is with the Apollo half which has to come in with the set in the sealed box thus confirming where it came from and to differentiate it (same coin) from the masses.

Thank you for the info
Another ? Does the special set pedigree for the Apollo half set require that coins be sent in before the 30 day deadline or does the 30 day deadline just apply to the early and first release designation?

The 30 days is just for the first strike/early release and so on.
