1973 D Nickel - It looks real to me but I read that someone could have tarnished it to look silver. Thoughts?

This is a normal, heavily worn 1973-D US nickel. Composition: 75% Copper 25% Nickel.

I agree, it is not a Silver Nickel. coin shows an environmental damage.

Normal coin with dark toning...not silver.
